Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor the Service for violations of this AUP. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement in investigating any suspected illegal activity through the Service.

Content Moderation

To protect our platform and comply with legal and regulatory requirements, we employ automated content moderation systems for certain types of API requests, particularly image and video generation. These systems review prompts and generated content for compliance with this AUP and may block content that appears to violate this policy.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to aup@hui-api.com or bradyliuy@gmail.com. Reports may be made anonymously. We will investigate all reports in a timely manner and take appropriate action. Where required by law, we will report violations to relevant authorities.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered account holders and/or via a notice on the Dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
