HuiLink ('we', 'us'), operated by Huiketing Culture Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (Room 3013, No. 372 Huanshi East Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, China, registration 91440115MACNB7N131), is an independent AI infrastructure platform. We provide both first-party models served from our own infrastructure and proxied access to third-party model providers. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our service: account information (email, name), API usage metadata (model, token count, timestamp), and payment records. We do not store your API request content after forwarding it to upstream providers.

Account Data

Email address, hashed password (argon2id), OAuth provider IDs, name, and avatar URL. Retained until account deletion.

API Usage Data

Request metadata (model, tokens, timestamp) retained for 12 months for billing. Request content is transiently proxied — not stored by the gateway.

How We Use Your Data

Service delivery, billing, abuse prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your data or use your API content for model training.

Data Sharing

Your API requests are forwarded to the upstream LLM provider you select (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, etc.). Payment data is handled by Credit Card / WeChat Pay / Epay. Customer support chat is provided by Tawk.to (loaded after cookie consent). We never share data for advertising.

Your Rights
