You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
HuiLink is an independent AI infrastructure platform. We provide API access to AI models — including models served from our own infrastructure and third-party models proxied through our gateway. When proxying third-party models, HuiLink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the respective providers. All third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners. We are not responsible for the output of any model accessed through our platform.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls; (c) reverse-engineer the gateway; (d) use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content; (e) use the Service to generate CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery; (f) violate any applicable export control or sanctions laws. API keys are confidential — do not share them. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Usage is billed based on token consumption at the rates displayed in the Model Marketplace. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Credit Card (Stripe), Epay, or WeChat Pay.
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period expires. After this period, or for non-EU users, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. Pre-paid credits that have been consumed are non-refundable.
The HuiLink name, logo, website, and dashboard are our intellectual property. Third-party model names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our platform are the property of their respective owners. We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed through our Service, please send a notice to legal@hui-api.com with: (a) description of the copyrighted work; (b) description of the infringing material and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury. We will respond to valid notices within 30 days.
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for upstream provider outages, data loss, model outputs, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Guangzhou under the rules of CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission). For EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights or the jurisdiction of your local courts.
